I’ve transferred my PF from HCL to Cognizant PF and HCL sent me annexure K copy and informed me that they have transfered the money but its not yet credited to my CTS PF acc. I’ve been waiting for this for more than 2 years and im consistently checking the claim status online but it doesn’t give any status. Its empty. Here is my claim details

See, the problem is you are talking about 2010 when there was no facility to check Claim Status Online! Claims Data for that period is uploaded online. Its better, if you contact your current PF Office Branch.

You can either submit Form-13 for Transfer or Form 10C for withdrawal. How can you get both? Moreover your PF Number is incomplete and you didn’t mention any Mobile number..

I have submitted form 13 in CTS for HCL PF amount to be transferred. It is completed as per EPF Chennai Office. However, it is not reflecting in the PF Balance.
I am willing to know is there any possibility of withdrawn all the accumulated amount from the PF?
And also can you let me know how much time will take to reflect in the PF account once the PF Transfer is done?
Yes, you can withdraw all amount once accumulated in single a/c. It’ll show after current years Form-23 (Your A/c Statement) issued.
I worked for HCl for nearly 5 years and after joining CTS in March 2012. I have submitted my PF Transfer throuhg CTS and later, received a update from EPF office that “It is informed that transfer-in amount has been received and will reflect in the f/23 slips to be issued for the year 2012-2013″.
I would like to know if I have apply for PF withdrawal from the Current Organization. Will I be able to receive all the PF accumulated amount.At the same time, I have not able to see the total accumulated amount in the EPF Balance.

Is there a way to check the Total amount in my PF Account and also how much time will it take to reflect the PF Transferred amount in the Current PF account of CTS.
If the Transfer has been completed, you must see it in Form-23 2012-2013 which you should get in some time now. Its better to visit RPFC Gurgaon to know the current status before applying for withdrawal. Or download this Android App to know balance.

You can submit Form-13 in Triplicate (duly attested by your Current Employer) to RPFC Hyderabad. Keep copies of submitted form with yourself too.

I have resigned from the services of Cognizant in Aug 2006 and my pf account number of that is TN/MAS/0031309/0000005041, maintained at RPFO Chennai.
I submitted FORM 13 three times for PF Transfer. But till date have not received any communication of PF transfer status initiated/stuck/in progress/done.
Now when I try to check status online for the above PF account number it says “In-operative Account”.
Please let me know if the earlier PF transfer requests were received and was the transfer done, or should I resubmit the transfer forms.
Also your help in knowing the current balance for the account would be really helpful.

I was working with cognizant from January 2009 – August 2009. I had applied for a PF transfer from my previous employer Satyam (EPFO Hyderabad) to Cognizant (EPFO Chennai).
I got a message that the PF transfer has taken place in the beginning of 2012 so I had applied for a PF withdrawal from Cognizant’s PF Account in February 2012.
But, I had received just the Cognizant’s PF amount in the withdrawal amount and no transferred amount. When I contacted the finance department of Cognizant, they had updated that the transfer had not yet reflected in my PF account when i applied for a withdrawal so they wanted me to apply for
a PF withdrawal again and mention “Supplementary Copy” on the top of the forms.
So, I had applied for a withdrawal again in November 2012. There has been no status from then on and today when I checked online, my
PF balance status, it shows that my PF account has been settled but I have not received any money at all!!!
MY PF Account number is TN/MAS/31309/082645.
Would someone please explain where did my transferred money go and am I ever going to receive it as my PF Account with Chennai office seems to be closed now??
The transferred amount should be more than Rs. 1 Lakh for sure.

First of all, there is no such thing like supplementary claim forms. Where did you got message that your old funds are being transferred or have been transferred? Was it a official message? When did you submit transfer forms? Any acknowledgement? Old A/c Number? Check your old a/c number with concerned RPFC (It must have been inoperative until now) and file a withdrawal form there.

I’ve submitted my PF withdrawl forms to HR at the time of relieving from my previous company(Located in Hyderabad) in July’2012. Still my previous company haven’t initaited the process and everytime when I ask, they simply reply with a reason of busy work and its been 7 months now. The bank account which I mentioned in the forms has been forcibly migrated and it became difficult for me to maintain. So, please help me with your valuable suggestion here.
(I stay in Hyderabad and it is not possible for me to submit the forms myself personally to Chennai office).

Download PF Forms again from our website. Fill it properly. Attach a cancelled cheque. Get your Form attested with same bank manager. Take a photocopy. Submit them to your nearest Hyderabad PF Office Branch to forward them to concerned RPFC Chennai. If they refuse to submit, ask them to give in writing. Take acknowledgement of the claim form submission on that photocopy.
Now make copies of that acknowledged photocopy. Send them to CPFC Delhi with your complaint letter and copies to PA to CPFC Delhi, Addl CPFC, Rpfc Chennai and Ministry of Labour. You’ll get your problems resolved in 30 days max.

My previous company(VDSI) has handed over the forms to Hewitt (third party finance services) on Jan’29th. Its been 2 months the forms are with Hewitt and when I ask for the status, they are saying that RPFC is not accepting any PF withdrawal forms currently and they can’t give tentative date on this.
I would like to check with you if this true, that RPFC is not accepting any PF withdrawal forms currently.
In last week of March, due to financial closing this happens. Now you can submit.

The current Claim status of new account is shown as “Your transfer in details for crediting new account has been received and the same is under process.” and for old account as “Claim Form 13 for Transfer to New Account Number: AGAINST Old Member Account No (MRNOI00210840000002896) has been approved. Payment is under process.” for almost last one year. Please let me know how to proceed further in this case.
Check the balance of your new a/c. Its done.

currently i am working in cognizant. My previous company is HCL. i have submitted a PF transfer from HCL to CTS on Feb,2010. HCL PF trust a/c # HR/5572/117472 . HCL is provided the cheque # for the amount transferred to CTS PF a/c TN/MAS/31309/104511.
But the problem here is i could not see the transferred amount in TN/MAS/31309/104511 pf account.

I can really understand your problem but mark my words that if your cheque is returned back unpaid, You have to fill Form ASR for re-issuance of returned cheques. Kindly meet directly to PF Commissioner Chennai and let them know that you have been misguided. No body can stop you, they are also just public servant. Take an appointment or File RTI! Address are mentioned above. Why are you replying after 3 months??

I have resigned from the services of cognizant on mar 01 2011 and my pf account no of that is TN/MAS/0031309 000 0061499,maintained at RPFO chennai, I have joined in my current company and mar 28 2011, My current employer has submitted FORM 13 and PF Transfer request to my previous employer cognizant and I got email acknowledgement with cognizant that they have submitted all the documents to EPFO chennai office, and need to follow up with the PF office. The RPFO chennai office has not transferred my PF accumalations to my current employer. while I raised grievance in EPF site, I got a reply stating that ‘No form 13 has been submitted by current employer’ But since my current employer has submitted form 13, I got the PF transfer documents from my previous employer. Please verify the documents and transfer me to my current RPFO account maintained at Bangalore, by referring the form 13, I need some other person contact no from whom I can get valid info

I have submitted PF Transfer (claim form 13) request from RPFC, Pune to RPFC, Chennai through my new employer in January 11, 2012. My RPFC, Pune a/c no. is MH/121673/528 and RPFC, Chennai a/c no. is TN/MAS/52878/13866. On May 22, 2012 I received SMS alert stating that “Claim Form 13 for Transfer for Member A/C TN/MAS/52878/13866 received on 22-05-12 and Claim ID TNMAS120500041577 is under process” however on Jun 28, 2012 I received another SMS stating that “Form 13 (Transfer) Claim ID TNMAS120500041577 rejected. Rejection letter is under dispatch” No reasons specified. So I raised online grievance for the same on Jun 30, 2012 and registration number is RCHEN/E/2012/04651 asking for the rejection reason. Since then whenever I am checking status it is showing status “examination at our level” Also I personally visited to RPFC, Pune and response was that no issues from our end and please check with RPFC, Chennai.
Could you please do the needful or suggest me any other options to get my PF money.

Shortest way to save this out is Fill in again Form-13. Make 6 copies. Submit in duplicate to RPFC Chennai & RPFC Pune and via post to CPFC Office. Thanks me later.

i am kumar,(TN/51082/25580) i am worked at upshot utility services in last 2 years 6 months, I had a pf amount before 4 months but the amount is 22,000 thousand (VERY LOW). I Asked my hr, but no proper response. so plz send my balance and tell me how to go for other step.
Please ask for account statement from HR Dept or concerned RPFC.
